Osco Drug Interview Questions & Reviews

For Osco Drug, you can apply online at home or using a computer station at the front of the store. Its got your standard informational questions but also has a personaltiy type test with questions realting to retail like work and experiences. Some are very simple, like "what do you do if you notice a suspcious person who you think is shop lifiting" and they give multiple choice anwsers. I had a friend of my mothers take the test while i already worked there, he didnt pass it to some "standard" and never got an interview, its not hard and the guy was nice i heard. I don't know why he dindt pass, but I would just say go with your first thought. From there they call you for a in person interview. They look at your previous work if any and ask you simple questions, I worked for them when i was 17 and didnt have a job yet. Its nothing hard. From there if they like you theyll set up a time for a drug test at some local place. If you get a call about a drug test set up or they tell you there, you pretty much are hired..unless of course you do drugs...then your just a idiot. Theyll call you after the drug test and youll come in and get your uniform and start working with employees to show you the store and the basics of stocking / cashiering. In time youll learn it all and its a breeze.
