Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
My particular interview process was idiosyncratic as I was looking for a job close to home while still living in the town I went to college in. I was almost denied the position because I hadn't moved back home yet. It took me almost 10 minutes of going back and forth with the company recruiter to convince her that I was going to move home. Once I completed the phone interview I was then called back to set up the in-person interview and that process too almost two weeks due to bad weather. Once I sat down with the manager for my interview I was asked about my experience and told about the job, but nothing really in depth. It was more of a personal "do I think I like this person" kind of interview. I was later called and told that I was in front-running for the position but then didn't hear from the manager for two weeks. Later I was told that someone had transferred in and that when she left I was to be offered the position. Once that happened, I was put through a background check and was finally hired. Needless to say, Our365 has one of the longest hiring process I've ever been trough.
