    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Outdoor Research.

    There was a phone Interview, a two on two interview and a final interview with the entire team.
    Once I was offered the position, I was given my signing letter the same day and started work two days later so the process went fairly quickly.

    It started with a phone interview. After looking at my online portfolio they decided I was worth their time. I was asked about basic projects I had worked on. And my experience with Wordpress which is used at the company. More recently they have added Magento so make sure you have a basic understanding of that as well.
