Senior Auditor at Overland Solutions

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Phila, PA Jan 2009 – Reviewed Apr 11, 2013

Interview Details – The hiring and interview process was easy. However, I was misled from the beginning. The company was so desperate to hire people, there was virtually no interview. Promises were made that were false. The company just wanted warm bodies who could breath and whose neurons were firing.

Interview Question – There were none. It was basically an interview where they said whatever they could to sell you on taking the job.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was none. You were told what the pay structure was and it was a take it or leave it situation.

Senior Auditor at Overland Solutions

Declined Offer – Interviewed in Brentwood, TN Jan 2013 – Reviewed Feb 23, 2013

Interview Details – Very deceptive process, they did not tell the truth about anything... you can not imagine how bad this company is until you joint... The person who interviewed me left the company in disgust. Very dishonest process, and most of the new hire leave when they find the truth.

Interview Question – I asked a question about a job related question, the answer was: "if you do not know the answer you should not be an auditor". The question was about a new law in Tennessee, and just moved from a different state.   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – Lies....

Field Specialist at Overland Solutions

No Offer – Interviewed in Nov 2011 – Reviewed Dec 1, 2011

Interview Details – My initial interview was over the phone with the HR generalist. Questions consisted of what you are currently doing now and how it relates to this position. What do you like and do not like about current position. If I called your current supervisor what would they describe as your weaknesses, strengths.
Online skills test necessary to pass with 70% or better to be forwarded to hiring manager.
Second phone interview was with supervisor of department, more low key questions and description of position and how my skills and personality would fit. How previous experience would be beneficial in this position. Where do you see yourself in 5 yrs. Third interview is scheduled with VP to follow.
