I found out about the position from a friend. I had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager for half an hour or so, then an onsite interview for 2 or 3 hours with 5 or 6 people, then a brief discussion with an HR rep to discussion salary requirements, and then a phone call to confirm acceptance.
