    Application Details

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Oweida & Christian in March 2011.

    Interview Details

I interviewed with the wife of one of the doctors. This was possibly the best experience I have ever had in a health care interview in Charlotte. She was an upbeat person who genuinely tried to see if there could be a match between the practice and the skills I had. It turned out that I did not have the experience she was looking for however, I left the interview feeling good about myself as a potential employee for someone out there. . It was so refreshing that I feel compelled to let others know. This practice is perfect for someone with specific experience in patient accounts. I wish there were more employers like this one.

    Interview Questions
    • She started off explaining what she was looking for and asked if I had done it - eg negotiate with insurers, resolve denials. She was not "hung up" on issues like why I left certain jobs or why I was unemployed. She stuck to the matter at hand.   View Answer
