Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 6+ weeks)
I emailed my resume to the HR Manager as I knew her from a previous interview. She forwarded my resume to the hiring manager and I was asked in for an interview. There were three candidates. All were interviewed on the same day. When I arrived I was given 30 minutes to prepare a response to a 'scenario' I was given. I then spent 45 minutes with the company president and a manufacturing engineer, presenting my solution and defending it to them. I then had a tour of the facility with the Engineering Manager. This was followed by a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager and a second manager. finally I had a one-on-one with the HR Manager. Oxford Instrument interviews all candidates the same day so they can clearly discuss their impressions at one time and not forget what one or another candidate said.
