I walked in and filled out a application on the spot ( recommended). Make sure you know all your information and bring a resume if you have one. I first spoke with the GM. She was just about to give a interview so asked me to come back and sit down with the assistant manager, so i did. I came back later that afternoon and spoke with her and the bar manager. That's who I had the "interview" with. He was so friendly. The interview was very enjoyable. It was pretty much friendly conversation with some questions thrown in. The management was fantastic and very nice. My advice: Dress to impress, know you wine and liquor, basic knowledge of the menu, have a couple questions to ask, be confident, and smile. Try not to be nervous. The less nervous you are the more smoothly the interview will. Honestly, It didn't even feel like a interview. Also, a big note ** only go in to fill out a app mon-thursday 2-4pm. This is the slow time and when they will really be able to speak to you.

i went in for an application and they had me fill it out on the spot and wait for a manager. i finally spoke to a manager after 30 minutes of waiting and was told to come back the next day. i cam back nd had a second interview with the second manager and was told to come back the following day. i came back for the final interview and they said they would contact me in a week. 2 weeks went by and i heard nothing so i called back to check in and they told me to hang tight and they would let me know. three days later they offerd me a position

Walked into the restaurant to apply in store, had my resume in hand. Was told to sit down and fill out a one-page application and that a manager would come to give me a quick interview. She asked me only a few questions, mostly about non-work stuff like what I did in high school and what I wanted to go to school for career-wise. Then she set up an interview for a few days later. For the second interview, I met with some guy who took ten minutes asking me about previous work experience, standards in the workplace, how I work with a team and how I went above and beyond for customers. After that, he set me up for a third interview that I will be attending in a few days!

Went in after seeing an ad posting on Craigslist that this location was hiring. Filled out an application, and dd a meet-and-greet with the shift manager there. She scheduled an appointment a few days later to come back and meet with another manager. When I came back for the next appointment, the manager I'd been scheduled with wasn't in, so I met with someone else. The questions he asked were rather detailed, things like, "When was a time that you went above and beyond for a customer". He also asked about my personal grooming habits, which I found a little odd since I'm definitely a well groomed lady, but I went with it. He asked how I worked in a team setting, and seemed to stress the fact that this was a happy, fun atmosphere. All in all, I felt like my interviewer was friendly and that it went well. He then scheduled me for another interview the next week.

I applied at a store that was just opening, so it was hiring a large number of people. There were specific times people were asked to fill out applications. I filled it out, they looked over it and I had a one-on-one interview within about 15 minutes. The manager asked me about my previous work experience and if I had ever eaten at a P.F. Chang's. He explained the culture to me and asked me what I liked about my previous job and what I did not like about my previous job. It was an easy interview process.

I entered the store originally and asked if they were hiring. Was told they were by hostess and to fill out an application. I filled out the application then was able to speak with a manager. This manager informed me they were not hiring for server, but they were for serving-back. He said to come back next at a certain day and time the next week as the manager in charge of serving-back's was not in. I came back the next week at the appointed time, only to find the manager I had my appointment with was not in. I met with a third manager. This manager was in charge of the kitchen, so knew nothing of front-of-house hiring needs, but still proceeded to "interview" me for 15 minutes. He then asked me to return the following week at such-and-such a time and day to speak with manager two whom I'd missed. I returned, manager two is now at work. He informed me that manager one is actually in charge of serving backs, and was not sure why he told me to speak with him. I got the impression that he then felt bad for wasting my time and wanted to at least make it look like they were interested in me, as he began asking me questions completely unrelated to the job such as where am I from, then told me where his family is from and what they do for fun. He thanked me, said they would see what they could make available for me. I never heard back.

They ask a lot of hypothetical questions, like, "When was a time that you were slow to react to a pressing issue? How did you react and what did you learn?" And, "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer." They also also ask what you would do if another employee wasn't pulling their weight.
