Interviewed Jan 2010 in Salem, OR (took 3 days)
I went in to P&M. Filled out my application. They told me they were going to do callbacks the following week. I got a call requesting an interview. Scheduled and went to the interview. Received a call the next day of a conditional offer of employment pending a background/DMV/drug test. I passed and received the call the next day. Once they know they want you, it goes quick.
At first glance of the shop, you can tell that it is a reputable business. Right when you walk through the door there is someone there to greet you and see how they can help. It's a very professional environment and a beautiful lobby.

Negotiation Details
I didn't try to negotiate. I was out of work and willing to accept minimum wage. They offered me $10.00 an hour due to my experience. It didn't stay at 10.00 for long (went up). If you are willing to work hard and put in the time, you should see an increase in your pay.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
