Three interview process - phone interview with recruitment team followed by 1:1 partner technical interview and finally a 1:1 with the practice head.
Overall a positive experience - it was good to meet people from the practice beforehand. I found the firm very flexible about start date and very clear about the process.
I found the salary negotiations with recruitment following the job offer a little inflexible and drawn out.
