PA Consulting Graduate Interview

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 weeks)

Initial phone interview was a general competency with questioons relating to past experience and degree. Very friendly and helpful throughout, the interviewer put me at ease straight away. This lasted about 40mins. The next day I was asked to complete numerical and verbal reasoning tests online. Again after only a day I was invited to an assessment centre which consisted of a 1 to 1 technical interview about my degree and work experience. After this a case study role play and finally a group excerise and presentation. The entire day lasted about 5 hours and was a nice experience. I recieved feedback within a week but was unsuccessful. The company kept me up to date on my progress throughout and could not have been more helpful (other than to offer me the job!)
