Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 7+ weeks)
Initial communication was via recruiter. First interview was 2 different managing consultants and HR. Also had to undertake reasoning and personality tests online, outside of the interview process. Second interview was a technical interview, 1 partner by phone and 1 partner in person. Demanding but relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Questions were generally based around experience and capabilities but I was also asked a few technical questions to back up claims from my CV. Also asked some forward looking questions about what I could bring to the role.

Negotiation was very much pre-offer and first talk about salary was a reasonable offer tabled.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.

A long and involved process - phone interview with HR, then series of personality and intelligence tests over the internet, then interview with peer, then interview with Partner followed by presentation finally further interview iwth Senior Partner

Nothing, didnt move for salary so as long as they matched my current package I was happy.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.
