Interviewed Dec 2011 in Uxbridge, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
After submitting CV, you get a phone interview (lasts about half hour) where you get asked general questions such as what you did in your last post, what salary you expect, if you have done any of the things on the job spec and eg's of that. Then you get invited to a face to face interview usually within a week after your phone interview, this lasts about 2 hours, you get asked a variety of competency questions, including eg's of teamwork, communication, dealing with difficult customers, leadership, how you made something better with your communication skills, biggest achievement in career etc They were pretty general but make sure you have lots of eg's prepared. Then you have a skills test on the computer which you can't really prepare for but it will be based around your role that you apply for.

Negotiation Details
I didn't really negotiate, I read up on interview skills and read that you shouldn't really negotiate, the company will provide a salary against standards in the market for similar roles so it doesn't really matter i don't think.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 3 weeks)
The interview process about 2 1/2/ - 3 weeks. It was a series of phone interview with an outside recruiter and the companies HR. I answered a series of job related questions as well as provided a description of my previous work history. All in all it was a positive experience. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
I initially reached out to a recruiter who then went on to forget about me.Since I didn't hear back from him, I contacted a friend who works there to refer me internally. I randomly get a call from a guy to fly me down to their office, then he said no we will do phone screen. After a brief phone screen, ( 15 mins which was supposed to last for 1 hour)
I was invited for the face to face interview. I went there - checked in to the receptionist and waited, turns out I'm in the wrong building. The receptionist should've noticed that I'm in the wrong building when she checked me in. I went to the correct building and the HR lady who was supposed to interview me was walking towards me to pick me up. She apologized profusely for the miscommunication and seems that this was happening all day. Great Job recruiting team!! (sic)
The interview went very well. I did get the job offer. Now the colleague of the recruiter who initially forgot about me calls me asking how did the interview go? (I"m like who are you???)
The place is HUGE. The people on the phone seemed friendly, however, the place is really really disorganized.
Then I tried to follow up with the new recruiter and she won't reply to my emails. Then next week, I get a call from the second recruiters colleague. She leaves a voice mail and gives me the wrong number. Finally, get hold of her. Gives me the offer. I said can you please send me a written letter. She does that two days later. NOW, the next day she says, we were hoping you make the decision by today but if you don't make the decision by next business day we will rescind your offer letter. The written letter has given me 5 days to respond. I can't make the decision as I'm waiting for another company's offer letter.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Waltham, MA (took 3 months)
I applied online and received an email from an outsourced recruiter to setup a 30 minute conversation over the phone. I received a very positive feedback and I was told that in 3-5 days I will be scheduled for a 2nd round phone interview. It has been 3 months now and I have been told the same thing every week that the recruiter has not heard back from the hiring manager. Therefore, I decided to withdraw my application because I do not want to work for a company that does not know how to treat their employees. Evidently, the whole interview process confirms the claim.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Lowell, MA (took a day)
This company is awful. I had a decent interview there and have never had trouble with an interview before, most of the time an offer comes without a hitch. The head recruiter asked me to come out for a day to speak with them after a phone screen.
After spending the day there and taking a vacation day off to speak with them, they never had the courtesy to call me back and say they didn't want to offer a job. I was interviewing for a fairly senior job.
It is fine not to want to hire someone, no problem with this, but not to call them after they spent a day at your offices it just disrespectful and unprofessional.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
The interview was a face-to-face interview with an Associate Director, a Line Manager and the HR Manager. It was a friendly atmosphere. The interview began initially with questions about my past roles etc followed by a series of competency/behavioural type questions. There must have been at least 20 such questions. You have to support each question with an example of an incident or situation which had taken place and how you dealt with it or what you learnt from it. It was quite challenging having to relate a different scenario for each question but the interviewers were very encouraging and helpful; they prompted me to use a previous scenario for some of the questions when I drew a blank at some questions. At the end of the interview which lasted a good 2 hours, I had to complete a test on a laptop. The test consisted of questions relating to pharmaceutical drug research, systems and processes as well as your writing skills.
