One Interview day- usually done by two to three hiring managers. Be prepared walking in the room, these people have tons of experience working at the Big 4 and know what kind of candidate they are looking for.
It is a great place to work, learn and network.

It was basically 3 one on one interviews asking questions surrounding the duties of position along with fit questions.

Interviewed May 2010 in Washington, DC (took a day)
Interview with recruiter was thorough. Recruiter was a third party head hunter screening applicants for a role that was posted on the employer's web site. Recrutier required an extensive amount of written narrative ragding my past accomplishments (I felt I was doing his job). Found out later I was one of several dozen "back up" candidates and that there were several contingency search firms working on this search.
