Interview process was like most. Phone interview than continues on for a face to face. Informed that They liked and were going to draw up paper work. Waited 1 week without any new on paperwork. Someone dropped the ball and after being offered $20,000 less than my current pay I declined the offer. Not impressed their promise of paperwork than nothing for over 1 week.

Interview was with the Admin/Finance Manager. Made the interview stress free and asked a series of job related questions, skill testing questions, and senario type questions. Interview was about 45 minutes.

Pure Pigeon holing. If you express that you can grow, you will not be recruited. Stress Interviewing style.
