The interview process consisted of an oncampus f2f interview where i was asked 1design question, 1coding question and 1testing question.
Design Q: Design classes to best represent the relation between these three items: a Flying object, a Rolling object and a flyingRollingObject. Basically involved showing a high level class diagram with inheritance. The interviewer asked me how i would handle the case of the the parent and child class having the same name i replied with a virtual function and he was satisfied.
Coding Q: Write a program in the language of your choice to find the height of a binary tree.
Testing Q: How do you test a turnstop that you typically find at railway stations in the US.

Fresh outta college i didn't even know i could negotiate and i just needed that job to get some real time experience.
If you are a fresher you'll find lots of exciting projects to work on.
If you are experienced and looking for something specific make sure you let them know, prove it at the interview and make sure you do nothing except whatever you are passionate about.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

I sat with four individuals whom all were very friendly. They each sat with me and asked how would you solve problem X. The problems ranged from specific coding questions to general software architecture questions. all my interviewers were very passionate about their jobs and loved to talk about their aspect of the business.
