I applied through an employee referral and the process took 6+ weeks - interviewed at PECI in June 2010.
Interview Details – Screening interview with HR followed by a series of face-to-face interviews with an executive, potential manager, peers and staff. Each individual had his/her own interview style, but overall the questions were very straightforward. One of the interviews was conducted as a panel and each person took turns asking questions. In each interview, there was ample time for me to pose questions to the interviewer. Overall it was a very positive experience.
