I applied online. I received a phone call within 30 minutes after applying. I then was scheduled a interview within 3 days. There were 2 people in the room for interview but only one asked questions. It was basic scenario questions about previous job experience. I was offered the job within 2 days of the interview. I began work the following week.

First was a call from HR, then a face to face with HR- if the representative liked me then the hiring manager would meet with me. After I meet with the hiring manager I was told that I would need to meet with three additional people. Two of the three were scheduled relatively quick, however the third took over 2 weeks. After meeting with the third it was another two weeks until I heard that I got the job.

The phone interview with the HR representative was pretty simple with standard interview questions. The phone interviewer explained the position and pay. There is 5 weeks of training with a test every friday. To continue training you have to pass the tests each week. The face to face interview was the exact same as the phone with a few more questions. The face to face interviewer just asked questions that require you to describe how and describe when you have handled situations.

The interview process went very well. The lady that scheduled the interview was very informative and helpful throughout the process. Once I arrived at the location, I believed that it was a great company. The security was high level which makes employees feel safe. The interview went well from my perspective, although I did not receive follow ups after the interview.

The interview went well. The interviewer was the HR Manager and she had an ease about her that made the experience very pleasant. She SPOKE to me and not AT me describing the company in full; from its early beginnings to recent mergers and splits. She went indepth into the company's culture and atmosphere which of course helped me in understanding how the company treats its employees.
