Interview Details – Initial communication was by e-mail, with a follow-up by phone. A 1:1 interview was scheduled, with a few days waiting for a response. You can only start one of two days in a month due to the payroll cycle. They do a very good job of giving a background on the company and where it is going, as well as laying out all benefits after your probationary period. (once you're hired)
