The phone screening was typical, the questions asked were related to my background and resume. The group interview was a little disconcerting. I had to answer a series of questions explaining my experiences at other employers. It was a lengthy interview.

I negotiated for more money and the HR department was quick to get back to me.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
