I have applied for several positions with the Company. My frustration is that after the interview you do not hear anything back from the Company. When you call, they claim they will get back with you after speaking to the hiring manager, yet this never happens.

They gave a phone call to schedule a phone interview in next 2 days.
It lasted about 20 mins. Recruiter said I need to fill in the application form which she will send me later.
I filed the form, but they didn' t get back to me.
