Interview Details – Submitted my resume to the recruiter via LinkedIn, and was contacted almost instantly. Setup "first interview" for the next day. Very basic "walk me through your resume" type questions and salary requirements about 10 mins total. Was then referred to the recruiter who actually works with the Wealth group. This was a little longer about 40 mins total more in depth questions about my current role and sales experience. Wanted to know specific stories of new business I won etc... Seemed to go very well, I was to hear from the team director within a week but never heard another word. I thought that was tacky and unprofessional, but hey such is life...

Interview Details – I was actually referred to by a friend who was working at PNC. I filled out my application online. I was called almost right away for an initial phone interview with HR. After that, I went in for the interview with the Branch and Assistant Branch Managers. The interview process was professional, but very relaxed in the Branch Manager's office. I was offered the position the next day.
Interview Question – The questions were the normal, "tell me a time when..." Nothing struck me as odd. But, I did go into all interviews knowing about the company and who the CEO was. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation as the position is a non-negotible pay position. I was happy with the pay, however. Hours were not flexible, but I knew that before applying as it is a "peak time" position. If I needed a day off, my manager was willing to accommodate that.

Interview Question – None too difficult. One that required the most thought was probably why PNC? Why sales? Answer Question

Interview Details – Ever since I opened my account with PNC-about seven years now- I have had nothing but great things to say about them. I am finally ready to start my career and I felt PNC would be perfect seeing as I will be going back to college for financing/accounting. I applied online at PNC.com and received a call to set up a phone interview which lasted about two minutes. From there I was sent a teller assessment to fill out. After submitting that, I was sent an application (mind you, all this is very easy, just be honest :]) and emailed that back as well. The following week I received a phone call from HR to set up a group interview. I just came back from the interview now and it was wonderful. Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant! It was a very comfortable environment, I did not feel uncomfortable at all :) There was five other applicants there and they kept three of us (including I) for further one-on-one interviews after.

Negotiation Details – PNC has a very friendly team. The HR representative and the branch manager I interviewed with were exceptionally nice and they will listen to you. If you ask about a certain pay you would like, they will listen as long as it is reasonable. Even if it is part time you start off as, there is always room to work your way up, just prove yourself worthy of it :)

Interview Details – The interview process was a challenge. They asked some general behavioral questions, and a couple of technical ones. It was a two on one interview and they play an obvious good cop bad cop throughout the entire interview. The interview process is difficult enough as it is I thought the good cop back cop approach was a bit over the top. It makes them seem insincere.
