I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group in April 2013.
Interview Details – I applied online at PNC careers website and was contacted the next day by a recruiter. The recruiter asked me basic questions about my resume and then asked me to complete an assessment test. Once the assessment test was done, I was contacted to set up a phone interview with the recruiter. Had the phone interview in which they asked questions about my resume and scenario question related to customer service and working in a team. The recruiter was very nice and engaged with me and once the phone interview was over she proceeded to set up a 1:1 interview with the VP. The 1:1 interview was alright and it lasted about 20-25 minutes. They said I would be notified in a week about an offer, as they were interviewing other candidates.
