Interview Details – You have the option of applying in person through their recruitment office or online. Once you are considered a match, you will have to take a computer and phone skills assessment test to determine your eligibility. Upon and/or prior to taking and passing the tests, one of the recruiters will be in contact with you to let you know of the various vendor accounts that are available with openings depending on your schedule availability. They let you know when the next training classes begin and once you accept, you are practically hired. Training is paid and takes about 2 weeks before being put on actual phone work which includes about one week of classroom environment learning and tests and then the following week shadowing actual reps.
Interview Question – You're usually given a scenario of an irate customer coming on the phone and how you would be expected to handle the situation. What would you say to defuse the customer and how would you go about making sure the customer receives the best customer service experience. Additionally if you're doing sales, you may be asked to give a sale pitch on a stationery item within the office such a pen or stapler. Answer Question

Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at PRC in January 2011.
Interview Details – Phone interview consisted of a 1 hour questionnaire about past experience. 1:1 consisted of how have I dealt with agents in the past.

Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate as the bonuses were promising. Position was misrepresented as full job description was not outlined. For example, when asked if you would mind taking calls as a manager, they never mentioned that you would be required to just to simply "meet adherence" even if there were no calls in the queue.
