Application Details

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at PRO Unlimited in July 2012.

Interview Details

Had two interviews - one was a phone interview followed by the in-person interview. The interviewer for the in-person interview was unprofessional, especially since she wanted to get a interview done before jumping on a plane. Needless to say, it was rushed and I certainly did not have her full undivided attention. There was a second person on the phone who spoke vaguely about the company. Both interviewers could not say with great specificity the opportunities provided with the position after the data-entry period. This was for a position in the Burlingame office.

Interview Questions
  • The in-person interview focused on whether I would be doing data entry for the next few months. Only after that time would I be provided with the training for the actual position. I repeated that not only was I comfortable with knowing I would doing copious data entry but I would be available to work over time and work on the weekends since, as the interviewer complained, they were working 12-hour days for the past month and needed someone to start immediately to help take the load off. Otherwise, they wanted to know if I was familiar with MS Project and MS Visio. Also, they do not like when an applicant mentions that they need to work in addition to stressing the parts about learning about the company, the industry, etc.   Answer Question
