Interviewed Nov 2011 in Manhattan, KS (took 3 days)
There is no Backgroung interview. First round after resume selection was Technical. In technical I was asked to describe myself as well as basic OOPS question for start. She was very much interested in weather I worked on Design Patterns or not (As I didn't). Then at last she asked me write a code on anagram.
Finally she said they will let me konw the result and they did and I did get next round

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Houston, TX (took a day)
the interview consists of several different components: conference interview, onsite. A technical presentation is not required for on site, but will significantly increase your chance of being selected. You will also meet group members individually or in a group. Hiring decision are usually made based on the feedback of individual employees.

Interviewed Dec 2007 in Houston, TX (took 6 weeks)
Initially, PROS does a phone interview to look for initial fit. If you pass that, they will bring you in for in person interviews with various individuals of different levels from across the organization. This gives PROS as well as the individual a feel of each other. You usually interview with 3-6 people and then wrap up the interview process with a presentation in front of 6-10 people on any subject you find interesting. The main goal is to see your presentation skills and your comfort fielding questions.
