Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 3 days)
Pretty strait forward interview process, starts by first 20 people are selected to come in for a group interview meaning that they were pre screen before picking, most of which have banking or call center background experience as a requirment. Second, the hiring managers sit all you down and go over your job responsibilites and duties and what PSCU does for the public. Third, they seperate you one at a time in a seperate private room to give you a questioneer test to determine your ability to work under pressure and how you handle different problems. Forth, they bring everyone back and close the group session and send everyone home. If they like you and want to hire, expect a phone call either later that day or the next for the job offer. When you get the job, just pass a drug/background test and your hired.

As for salary this job as a member service representative is hourly base. Top in 14.50$ an hour low end 10$ depending on experience. So if you think your qualified and derserve top pay, make sure you sell your self as if your a long term assest. One more thing, they will ask if working weekends, overtime and holidays will be ok with you, make sure you say "of course, no problem with that all".

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Phoenix, AZ (took 4 days)
I referred to the company and interviewed with the hiring manager. Had a second interview with the supervisor the next day. On the 4th day an offer was extended and I accepted. Started two weeks later. I was excited to get the job after spending time on their website researching the company to see if this is where I want to build my career at. I was promoted three times within a year and a big promotion the 2nd year I was there.
