Interviewed Oct 2010 in Pune (India) (took a day)
Had a telephonic interview round with a Sukanta Paul from Pune - apparently a self professed expert on .Net technologies. Although the role I was offered was managerial, the interviewer seemed to take an uncanny delight in persisting with irrelevant questions on my C# programming capabilities. Not a single question pertaining to project management. I refused to carry on as I got the impression that the interviewer wanted a programmer!
Note to aspiring candidates: While I would certainly not recommend PSL, if you still wish to entertain an offer, do demand to speak with the account manager/BRM and get a first hand understanding of the requirement as their HR seems clueless and will delegate the interview to incompetent & unqualified people.
