    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Pacific Council on International Policy (Los Angeles, CA) in February 2015.

    Interview

Over 200 applications; they phone-interviewed 20 people, then invited about 10-12 for an in-person interview, then about 5 or so to interview with the Vice Presidents. The phone interview was very broad, more of a screening. The in-person was more targeted, but still no hard-ball questions. After the initial application submission, there was also a writing sample and an "assignment" to mimic the work of the job.
