Received an email asking when someone from HR could contact me. Followed up with the email and received a reply the following week asking me to come in for an interview two days after that. I was interviewed by two people, each took turns asking me questions. The questions were not very technical, initially they asked about background and what I know about the Gas Industry. Afterwards they continued asking questions in the star format: you and a coworker didn't see eye to eye, how did you come to a conclusion? describe a safety issue and how you remedied it? Couldn't meet a deadline, what did you do? Etc
Thought I did okay but it's been 3 weeks and still no word (annoying but seems like this is common in interviews), I followed up on more than one occasion as well. Good luck!

The interview was easy, but they use a method called the STAR process.
