Phone interview was centered on questions like - "why do you like our company", and "why are you a good fit for this company" - and the grand-daddy of them all - " how do you think of/come up with an alternative solution". The interview was filled with " describe the color blue" with no deep dive into my skills and experiences. The in-person interview questions were decent, although here again - filled with irrelevant questions to the position. They focus primarily on political/cultural fit - with a focus on "follow the leader" rather than "skills, education, and experience".

The interview process was lengthy but high quality. I met with a series of people that gave me a good idea about the position and the culture. I was asked behavior based interview questions and gave a presentation at the final stage of my interview. I was grateful to have the opportunity to meet so many people and understand the position.
