I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Pacific Gas and Electric.
Interview Details – Applied via a job board and screened by the Hiring Mgr. Brought in for additional interviews with team, HR and Recruiting Dir and business exec. The process took a few weeks and was overall efficient, included behavioral questions. Staff was friendly and professional and fairly new in last 1-2yrs.
Interview Question – standard recruiting steps/process and requisition load questions (many carry 50+ roles) which seems excessive. Behavioral questions range from health and safety to how do you handle a difficult client. Answer Question
