Interviewed with DM. She was unprofessional, didn't know who she was speaking to, forgot our interview date, rescheduled twice and was late when we met.

The interview was very casual and the interviewer was very relaxed. He didn't have any questions written down, and didn't write any of my answers down. Overall he made me feel really at ease.

I was interviewing to work at a different position than I was hired to work at. I was interviewed in person by the store manager of the store I orignally applied to work at, I was given a second interview at the location I actually worked at, It was the basics, why do you want to work for pac sun, what are some current trends this season, I was given a list of tasks and asked to put them in the order I would complete them, your strong points, your weak points. I was then given an interview by the DM, I had worked for the dm at another company, so she basically told me since my employee refferal was so good, (a different store manager) that I would do great at this company and the DM phone interview was just a formality.

District Manager made process easy and was basically out for me, so not too normal, but DM's for the company are usually pretty cool.
