I got a interview the day after sending my resume. I was more than qualified for the position. When I arrived the District Manger told me she was frantic and she had two districts( this set a bad tone). About 25 min into the interview she started being very insulting. This was the first time I got up and walked away in the middle of the interview. No wonder the posting has been up for months. So unprofessional.

got a phone call sent my resume met in person . got a call 3 days later from Regional manager for a phone interview and offered the position . stated work the following week

Interviewed w/ 3 district managers, Reg. mgr over about 30 days. The first 3 interviews were with local dm's and fairly up front and easy. Final interview was with the RM more diff. but informative.

you can haggle over salary a little bit there isn't much flexability -- good company to work for -- Great culture--- im glad I took the position.
