Phone interview was easy, only general questions about resume and experience.
In-person interview was with the entire team and lasted about three hours. Questions were about experience and a few technical questions on basic IT concepts (what is DHCP? etc.) Manager is intense, and the culture is what Palantir prides itself on. They feel strongly about their mission and it shows.
