Sales Manager Interview

Sales Manager
Atlanta, GA

I applied in-person and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Palm Harbor Homes in June 2009.

Interview Details – I responded to a newspaper ad with a personal visit. I met with other managers in a fews days. I could see they did not have the extensive background I had, and they mentioned it. I knew if I got an offer I'd need to learn the culture and their sales methods, which were very strong arm tactics, but I wanted to learn the process.

Interview Question – Why do I want to join the company, since you have the background to run a region?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation, they have a sales commission process and that it what everyone folows. I did push for more on the first month in draw, because of the learning curve.
