Interviewed May 2012 (took a day)
Initially received call from General manager of local store asking if i was still interested in working there. I had an interview the next morning with same person but was told immediately he did not make decisions that his higher up made those decisions based on his notes and recommendation. Asked behavioral questions pretty basic.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Lake Worth, FL (took 2 weeks)
1 week of waiting for a phone call, ended up having to call myself. Employer could not figure out how to use the website so I had to come in and help (before I was hired, so no pay). Had to call back because he didn't know what to do after. For the interview, I came in and I learned more about his life than he did about mine.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 1 week)
I called to see if they were hiring and they told me they have an "Open House" every Tuesday and interview anyone that wants one. I felt the interview itself went well. He asked me if I'd be willing to take a manager position and I said yes. He told me he or his boss would get back to me in a week. I never heard back from them.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Overland Park, KS (took 1 week)
Attended an open house session that they had at one of their store. Walked in was greeted by a manager and offered a beverage while waiting. They asked just basic general questions about me and a little about my job experiences. Manager called later that day and asked me to complete some information that was sent to me via email regarding background check. After a week later manager called and ask me to come in the next day to start paperwork and pick up uniforms.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Saint Louis, MO (took 1+ week)
I applied to general manager position and next day they called me. I wasnt available to talk at that time and went to panda express store to have an interview in person. she was so kind. then they called me for second interview. then third and last one was panda preview.
I dont like their interview process, they were not professional. during panda interview I met the general manager of the store. he was supposed to teach me some stuff and show me how to make fired rice etc. but his english was awful. I really dont get how he got the job. one of the requirements of the job is to teach and lead people. so he doesn't have any of this.
I am sure I was pretty good at interview process but I didnt get any offer.

Interviewed May 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 1 week)
First was a phone screening with the HR lady. At the end of the phone conversation, she invited me for an on-site interview.
During the on-site interview, I first met with the HR person. Then I met with the supervisor of the position. Asked very standard questions.
My advice is to read the book, they really focus on it. Also make sure you know the company's mission statement and review their company culture.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
Phone interview was very general. (why do i want to work for that company, run through of resume, hobbies, interests, do you know anything about the company? ex. it's 5 values) The book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" is suggested for the in person interview with the hiring managers. If hired, the book becomes mandatory.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
The Interiview with the HR talent manager was good, very pertinant questions and feedback. The panel interview was a bit of a disappointment. The panellists did not eplain their roles in the company. The one who appeared to be hiring manager didnot even ask any questions. The questions were all asked by the senior director and it seemed that the they had already come with a decision. I guess going through the recruiter wasn't the best thing to do.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 3 weeks)
I initially heard abou the position via a friend that already worked there. She referred me to the manager, and I received a phone call about two weeks later requesting an in-person interview. I arranged to go in and have an interview the following week. The interview itself was very easy. She mostly asked me logistical questions about my background and credentials. Luckily, there were no behavioral questions. I heard back from her the next day telling me that I was hired.
