Interviewed Apr 2012 in Roseville, MN (took a day)
Sent in my resume and was called within a few days, had a very brief phone interview (they asked me why I wanted to work for Pandora). I had the interview where they mostly asked personality questions. They never really went over my experience. They then sent me an email stating that I would not be hired based on my professional and educational background. I thought the interview was a little unfair, why even interview if I did not have the experience you were looking for? Either that or they had a totally different agenda-who knows..but overall it was an easy interview.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
Basically I emailed my resume to the owner of the store on a Wednesday night, she contacted me on Thursday to schedule the interview for Friday. I came in, the whole interview probably lasted about 20 minutes, very brief. Asked me questions about my sales experience, so on. At the end, she asked for my references, and if it all panned out good she would extend an offer. Needless to say, Saturday she contacted me to offer me the position!

Basic interview, typical questions. It's all about being personable and impressing the manager and you're in.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 3 days)
First interview was really easy. Store manager did most of the talking, telling me about the store and what they do. There were a few standard interview questions, nothing difficult at all. I think I was being judged based on looks and personality more than my skills or experience. (In fact, I was told later on by management that the owner said to pick the best looking girls out of the people most qualified. Thanks, I guess?) There was a second interview with the owner, but I don't think that is continuing. Make sure you smile a lot and have solid answers to interview questions with the owner.

I would definitely ask for a little more than they offer, if the offer is around $10/hr. Ask for $12, especially if you have a lot of customer service or sales experience.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
I emailed in my resume and was called for an interview that day. The interview was short; the manager explained the history of Pandora, and asked a lot of standard interview questions: Why do you want this job? What are your strengths and weaknesses? How can you apply your skills to this position? There were no skills tests or anything like that; mostly conversation, feeling out whether I'd be easy to get along with. The manager told me that she thought I'd be a good fit, and that she wanted to offer the job, but hiring was contingent upon passing a successful background check. She got the results back within a week, offered the job, and I accepted.
