Interview Details – I applied online and got a call to schedule an interview about 2 weeks later. Before I got hired, i had to go through 3 interviews at 3 different locations. The first was a group interview and the other two were just 1 on 1 interviews. The interviews are very basic with questions like " why do you want to work here?, why should we hire you?" etc. The whole interview process took about 2 weeks and i got a call saying i got the job after the 3rd interview. Overall, i think the 3 interviews was a little too much for the position i was hired for, but hey... at least i got the job.

Interview Details – I applied online in February. It took until the middle of May to hear back. I met with the scheduling manager for the interview. It was a very relaxed conversation about past jobs, Panera as a company, what my duties would be, and what kind of learner I tend to be. I was called the same evening and offered the job

Interview Details –
After being connected to the Hiring Manager via Panera Bread recruiter I was sent an email with an IQ/Personality Test. Once I 'passed' I was shortly after contacted via email with an opportunity to meet with the hiring Manager face to face. The face to face was a very relaxed meeting, many things were discussed as a conversation with no hard interview questions.
At the end of the meeting the Hiring Manger expressed how much they liked me and I was told my information would be promptly forwarded onto the Operations Manager. The next morning an email was sent to me asking me to confirm a second interview 4 days later.

Interview Details – I went through 3 separate interviews before being asked back for training. Then there is planet bread, where you are introduced to the company and its values. In store training starts right after that, usually with dinning room, where you learn about our signature coffee blends and culture values. Later there is specific training based on either your preferences or your skill sets. Mostly stores look for a good level of cross-training, meaning employees that can be trained in many or all facets of the job.

Interview Details – I was called an hour after I turned in my application. Came in the following afternoon for an interview. Was interviewed right on the spot. The only reason my hourly salary is as low as it is is because it was not discussed within the interview at all. I was never really told that I was hired or not or when I would be notified if I was. I was called a week later to start training for the job.
Interview Question – They have situations that you have to discribe what you would do with customers, like if a customer is angry or upset or happy and such. They wanted us to describe a situation that relates from our own lives. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negoatiation phase, I was told during training that unless we discussed our salary with our interviewer that we would be at minimum wage. The kids that are being hired now are making more than me and I have been there for 9 months now.
