Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Lancaster, PA Aug 2011 – Reviewed Jan 22, 2013
Interview Details – I filled out an application online. I got a call a few days later from the general manager to schedule an interview. Had an interview with the GM and got hired on the spot.
Interview Question – There were a lot of situational questions. "what would you do if...?" "How did you handle this...?" Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I asked for a certain amount and he said, "We'll be able to pay you that."
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 1 week.
