Filled out application, it was sent to franchise owner's main store where a MVR (driver license report card)report was generated, background checks performed. About 1 week later was contacted to let me know the date and place of orientation which lasted about 2 hrs, told the location of where applicants were going to work and phone number to contact gen mgr for the work schedule.

I was interviewed by one manager. The interview consisted of a few simple questions (This job requires you to have a valid driver's license and insurance, do you have these? This job requires you to arrive on time everyday, can you do this?, etc) pretty simple.

-I replied yes and no and started a few days later.

No negotiating just make sure you are ok with people who dont tip and complain which was my biggest pet peeve other than that the job was pretty easy.

No real interview compared to other company. Just came in, filled out an application about Noon, and then received a call back around 3:30 pm to come fill out paperwork. I came in the next day filled out the paper work, answered a few questions to determine eligibility(like driving record and any criminal activity), went to the DMV to get driving report, and was working the very next Friday just a few days later. Incredibly simple and straightforward hiring process from an incoming employee point-of-view.
