    Hiring in 2007 was done in person. (Resume - Called In - Interview - Orientation) - A resume was to be dropped off at the office (however, now you can email resumes to the HR appointed person) - I was called in for an interview for the coordinator position. - Almost immediately, I was offered the position and introduced to the friendly office staff and started orientation.

    Interview

    I contacted the office to inquire about a vacancy and was told to send a resume. Received a one on one interview which lasted 1-1.5 hours. After completing a background check I was offered a job with training through a community college paid for by ParaMed.
