Contacted by phone from HR and 1:1 interview (1 HR Manager and 2 Hiring manager)
Nice campus and friendly mangers. I got the rejection on the spot since one of manger thinks I don't have some skills he was looking for. I did not depend myself.

Multiple interviews with various teams in the department. Everyone was very friendly, dress is informal/business-casual. Asked what I knew about the industry and if there were any good marketing campaigns that caught my eye. I was made aware of the position through employee referral so I already had that in my favor.

Recruiter was not really helpful. She doesn't really introduce the position to me and never return any of my phone calls/emails afterward. The two persons that interviewed me were quite friendly

Overall a pleasant experience interview with the Dr. Phil staff. My interview was not really focused on any skill set because I came to the table with a verifiable list of projects and experience. The interview focused more on fit and developed as a conversation. I was really welcomed in based on reputation and the interviewers were very deferential and appreciative of what I brought to the table.
Visiting the Melrose lot was a great experience.

Fairly well organized. The candidate that was hired for the job didn't seem to match what I was told they were looking for. I think physical appearance was just as important as job qualifications.

Met with 4 people within the department. Interviews were stacked, 1:1, typical interviews. Work environment & morale of this particular department was good-spirited. The organization and planning of the interview did not go as well as planned, due to conflicting schedules (e.g. meetings). However, an informal interview with another person was slipped in.
