I was brought in to shadow a current employee and to make suggestions on how the day to day workload could be lightened/give suggestions on how to improve the day/problem solve on the spot. It was pretty intense. then I was brought to meet the boss and was asked about what I would do in situations (that were pulled from the newspapers, so I had to also know current events.)

No negotiation on salary. I was told flat out that there is a very limited budget
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
