    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Partners in Performance.

    Interview Details

Four Interviews were conducted in the span of about a month. 1 Screening Phone Interview, 2 More 1.5 hour phone interviews with behavioural questions and cases, and 1 in person interview with behavioural questions and cases. Interviewers were very friendly over the phone, and helped me through the cases where I was getting a little stuck. Met with a partner in the final, he was not nearly as helpful, but apparently he is like that with everyone. Didn't really appreciate the way he went through the cases, I didn't feel he was clear in his questions or helpful, but then again, it was my job to clarify, so probably my fault. Didn't get an offer in the end.
