Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 2 days)
After taking the online personality test (everybody who passes) you recieve a phone call and are asked to setup a time to take a skills test lasting approximately an hour and a half. The skills test consists of 20 mathematical questions pertaining to calculating percent of quota, sales percentages, and balancing a budget. After you have finished this portion the second half of the skills test is 25 questions pertaining to "sales situations" in which you have to identify the best and worst answers. Such as how you would handle a sales presentation in which the doctor is interested in another product that you are unprepared to present yet you know the initial product will be good for his/her's business as well. Once you have passed this you will be scheduled for a face to face interview with the hiring manager who will ask you more "situational" questions as well as provide examples for each answer. Focused on ethics as well.
