Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
Stiff/impersonal attorney interview. Asked standard questions, including whether I wanted to be a Partner in the future, where I saw myself in 5 years, etc. Because of the lack of connection between the interviewer and myself, I automatically did not feel that the firm would be a good fit. Be ready for a transactional interview process.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
The interview itself was a less about the job and more about the importance of being able to talk to senior attorneys. Withdrew my application.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Washington, DC (took a day)
The agency emailed me the date of the interview as well as the contact information of the attorney who would be interviewing me. I went in, met with the senior attorney in charge of the case and spoke to her about my experience and skills. I was given an initial assignment as a test before getting hired.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
Interview for 1L summer. The recruiting manager was very kind. The interview was a review of my resume (discussed past work experience and undergrad/grad school) and my long-term practice area and office location interests. I don't know if it was personality or my resume, but it must have been enough to pass the first round for next summer.
Unofficial copy of transcript required.
Lobby, offices and meeting rooms are clean, bright and comfortable.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
Standard O C I interview with a partner at the firm. Asked questions about my resume. Then followed up with questions about practice group preference and office preference. Very friendly and personable, so the interview hada good vibe, but ultimately did not mean much since I did not get called back. My credentials were probably a bit below their usual range.
