Reason for Declining
Declined offer because salary is below my current salary. If anything I should have gotten a raise because of the increased cost of living in the Valley. Kind of strange since they knew my current salary all along. Also, PayPal has a lot of opportunity but also a lot of risk (no clear strategy, too many competing projects, a lot of groups seem to work against eachother than together, conflicts between tech and banking people...) so it was just not worth the switch.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed and No Offer

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Omaha, NE (took 4 weeks)
Well organized. I do think they are to quick to loose good candidates in the prescreen process, however with the many applicants employers receive for every open these days I'm sure it's just plain hard to deal with the sheer volume.
I had an initial telephone interview with the hiring manager and two weeks later I had a 1:1 interview and a subsequent interview with his peer.
