Interviewed Feb 2012 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 weeks)
Received a call from a recruiter who looked at my resume and asked me if I was interested in the job. Went in for the first interview with the Sales Manager. Interview went well, lots of questions surrounding sales and the motivation behind sales. Make sure you know the STAR format. Went in for another interview with the Regional Sales Manager a week later. Similar questions and very short. I went in a few days later to make some calls (all cold calls), to see if I would like the job. If you have no problem of doing cold calls all day, then this is the job for you. Pay/Training is supposed to be very good!
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Making cold calls all day long (to clients who have been called on 100 times already) is not really for me.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Charlotte, NC (took 1+ week)
I was approached by a recruiter who found me on LinkedIn and had several conversations with him and submitted an online application directly to the Charlotte office. When invited to the office, I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled interview time (which I showed up 15 minutes early for) before asking someone what was going on. I was brought to the hiring manager's office where she told me she forgot, apologized, but then given a rushed 5 minute Q&A session and told I'd be contacted in a couple days. I told them not to waste their time.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Washington, DC (took 2 weeks)
I walked in for the interview and the environment was very loud, and I could easily overhear loud laughter and relatively inappropriate jokes coming from a group of 20-somethings (I myself am in my mid twenties) who were very near to the reception area of their office. During the interview the Sales manager whop interviewed me did not seem to want to be there. He consistently yawned throughout the interview and took out his smart phone, playing with the screen.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
Just got back from the worst interview I ever had. When i got to the suite, two employees seemed to be gossipping, which happened to be my interviewer. She assured me that i only had to wait a few minutes. Instead, she went to her meeting where I had to wait another 40 minutes to be seen. She apologized, but really don't schedule me this early if you know you're having a meeting. When she sat down she proceeded to eat a hot pocket and text through most of my interview! I did not have her attention at all and she was quite rude. She criticized my resume which leads me to believe she didn't read it before hand. I couldn't get out fast enough!! When she told me there was multiple steps to this interview process, i wanted to laugh in her face. I would never work for this company if its acceptable for the manager to be this unprofessional!

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 5 days)
The hiring process was a ridiculous 5 step interview process. One step was a requirement to sit in on their twice per week "phone cavassing" sessions. If you didn't make 3 appointments in this step in telemarketing to burned lists of businesses, you couldn't move forward to the next step. I saw COUNTLESS qualified interviewees go through this step of a 4 HOUR phone session and not make the 3 appointments, therefore not moving forward in the process.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 6 months)
I will warn of length now. This journey was excruciating.
I had applied to Paycom in September 2010, I received a call within Three (3) Days by a Recruiter at the Oklahoma HQ. (I applied for the branch in Los Angeles). The interview with the Recruiter (who had only been with the company three-weeks per LinkedIn) went great. He invited me to take an online math and logic assessment. He called me the next morning stating that I did well and invited me to meet with the local Regional manager.
The next week I visited the office and had a FANTASTIC interview with the regional manager. He was a great guy and felt like he was on my team. We spoke at length and assured me I would hear from him within two weeks. Two weeks came and went so I attempted to call and e-mail with no luck. Approaching the three week mark I received a computer generate form e-mail rejection letter that listed the position I applied for incorrectly.
I decided to forget about the company. Just before Thanksgiving I received a call from the Regional Manager (now TWO (2) MONTHS later) apologizing for not getting back to me sooner. He explained the position was canceled by corporate but I was his number one choice. He actually OFFERED me the job in the voice message, but when speaking to him he explained there was actually ANOTHER interview. He invited me to his office in the next week to Web Cam with a few people over in Corporate.
When I entered the office, all of the current employees came up to me giving advice as if I already had the job. I felt great.
After the interview I received a call from the Regional Sales manager, just after receiving a SECOND form rejection e-mail. He explained that the Corporate guys did not like me, but if I could convince HIS manager then I could start working here anyways. He gave me her number and scheduled a time for me to contact her. I tried several times with no luck. Occasionally getting her on the phone when she was driving, saying she would contact me back later in the evening BUT NEVER DID. This is when the Regional Sales manager began TEXT MESSAGING me as a form of communications, occasionally have near to full conversations. It was awkward, but I felt he was fighting for me. Eventually I was able to land his Manager on the phone. About THREE WEEKS after attempting initial contact with her. The conversation was less than 5 minutes long and she said I was great for the position, she would talk to corporate and they would bring me on board.
A week went by and I didn't hear anything AGAIN. I contacted the regional sales manager who called me close to a week later. He said that corporate still wasn't convinced and that I needed to persuade the Chief Financial Office of the company. I was a little confused by this. He told me he would call me back with the to set up a date. Less than a hour later the original Corporate Recruiter left me a voice message trying to set up the interview for the FOLLOWING Friday. I immediately called back (less than five minutes) saying the time would be great. The Corporate Recruiter then stated that "things changes" and would contact me within 24 hours with an updated appointed.
At this point I gave up. That was One Month ago. I stopped trying to contact the company. Should they call I will either accept an offer and gladly work for the company OR reject any more steps. this was all a waste of my time that I could have spent looking for other jobs.
Also I did not mention that each rejection I received canceled me out in the system so I was requested to REAPPLY each time. What a waste of time.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Charlotte, NC (took 2 weeks)
I was referred to Paycom from an external recruiter. After I wen through the initial screen I made it to a Skype interview with the branch manger. The manager was not only late but it ended being a phone interview. I made it through that and she said she wanted me to speak with the Regional Manger that afternoon.
The Regional interview was also via Skype, I wait for our appointed time and kept waiting, I had not heard anything from anyone at the company. I finally called the Paycom recruiter and she said he has messed up the time and asked for a reschedule later that day. I decline since I already had plans, she understood and asked if I made it thorough the next round how quickly could I get to Charlotte (I'm based out of AL). After looking into it it was going to cost an exorbitant amount of money (which they would not reimburse me for).
The morning of the Regional Skype interview I did not heard from anyone again. I called and email the company recruiter with no answer until almost 3 hours later.
At this point I withdrew my self from the process to pursue other options. I received a call from the regional manger that night (8pm) asking for another chance.
The next morning I called him back, I was inclined to accept his request because of his extenuating circumstances. He requested another Skpye interview within 30 minutes.
He was so rude and did everything possible to make me fail at the interview. He asked "what something you recently over came"? I told him my finance class and them a few minutes later he asked me to tech him a finance theory. Not only does it not pertain to the position but the way he asked me was just absoutly rude.
They have no respect for you time or you as a person.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Austin, TX (took 1+ week)
I got the phone interview through a recruiter. The phone interview was pretty easy and I asked if I could have the opportunity to interview face to face. The 1:1 interview lasted about 20 minutes, I was asked general questions about my experience and then asked to pick from a group of adjectives of which one describes me the best. After the 1:1 I was asked to have a webcam interview with the district manager. I thought I sold myself pretty well and would have made a nice addition to the small office but I was told days later that they were not going forward with the interview process. I wasn't really sure what they were looking for or why they decided I wasn't a good fit. The recruiter tried to get feedback on why I wasn't chosen to move on but received no response. The interview process is excessively drawn out and not receiving an offer after three interviews and my references being called upon was disappointing. The entire office was women, not one man, which I found odd. Oh well, I hope they find what they are looking for.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Oklahoma City, OK (took 2 weeks)
I applied online. I received a phone call from the recruiter around a week or two later. He called unannounced and out of the blue and started asking some questions. Nothing difficult. Just some basic stuff from my resume. He scheduled the first in-person interview which was about a week later. He gave me instructions on how to dress, what to say at the front desk, and what to bring.
The day of the interview came and I talked with two people from the development team. They were very friendly and asked about my past work and technical experience. It lasted around 15 to 20 minutes in total.
The recruiter called again to schedule the next interview which was with the CEO. It was about a week apart from the last interview.
The recruiter called about an hour before the interview with the CEO just to inform me to be formally dressed and have a copy of my resume. The interview with the CEO was really short. Around 5-6 minutes. He just asked a few questions and talked a little bit. After that the interview was over.
The place was a large office building with elevators and conference rooms. The people were all pretty much formally dressed.
