Interviewed Jan 2009 in Valencia, Carabobo State (Venezuela) (took 2 weeks)
The whole process was very fast and smooth. First 1 phone interview, then another interview with HR (fit interview) that was pretty straightforward, then a background check and then the final interview with 2 specialists, checking for technical background and fit with the position.

The company didn't offer the salary I was expecting to leave my other job, so I had to turn it down.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

1. Register my CV online. 2. I received a call for interview. 3. Participated in a technical interview with specialists. 4. I was notified that he was selected for the second phase. 5. Perform intelligence and psychological tests. 6 Make group interview with other candidates. 7 I was notified that I was selected for the job. 8. I went to a final interview for contract signing.
